We have extensive experience of working with property investment clients, several of which we have established long-standing working relationships.

Projects have been wide ranging with a depth of experience in offices – both refurbishment and new build; hotel conversions and new build; out of town retail estates; and private rental residential projects as well as private education facilities.

We utilise our skills in construction methodology to assist our clients in developing projects that have built in durability and that will be low maintenance, all helping to maximise value from the designed life of the building. We assist the client and design teams to review different forms of construction, materials and build techniques to establish the most suitable design solutions to meet the expectations and aspirations of both the client and future tenants.

We appreciate that when refurbishing existing buildings, speed of construction is often of paramount importance to ensure loss of rental income is minimised, and we provide procurement advice tailored to deliver robust pricing allied with swiftness of programme.

Bridge House, London Bridge

Value: £12 million

The project comprised the redevelopment of existing office space within the a grade 2 listed former hotel and 1970’s extension to the original building. The works saw the addition of a new floor and the formation of a communal roof garden creating extensive outdoor seating with 360 degree views across London and directly over the River Thames and Southwark Cathedral

Adagio Hotel Whitechapel

Client: Bamfords Trust
Value: £16 million

The works comprised of the demolition of a former garage and car dealership, and the construction of a new build 147-unit aparthotel to be occupied and operated by Adagio.
