Project Focused Consulting is a Quantity Surveying & Project Management Practice focused upon providing highly valued services fundamental to the successful delivery of quality projects. Our roots are in Quantity Surveying, however we have evolved over the years into providing a more rounded client focused construction consultancy – adopting a ‘right hand man’ ethos and service to support clients navigating a constantly changing industry. Our Quantity Surveying services have broadened to encompass Project & Construction Management, along with Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent services.
